You have two options below. Regardless of which path you choose, you will be ready to participate in small group classes utilizing CrossFit methodologies, focusing on bodyweight movements and light weight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick ass workout too.

What to Expect

At CrossFit RSC, we like to take our time with new members to make sure you’re comfortable before attending regular classes. First, come in for your free No-Sweat Consult. This is a 15-minute meeting with you and a coach, where we can explain a bit about CrossFit RSC. We are 100% focused on your safety and fully preparing you to join group classes.

After your first visit, we will start your journey in our CrossFit Foundations program. We do a comprehensive “On Ramp” for beginners.

Our On Ramp options are:

  • (4) 30-minute personal training sessions with yourself and one other coach.
  • (6) On-Ramp classes  “Foundations” we will cover all the basic movements and techniques you will need to know for class, and also talk about things like scaling for beginners, nutrition, and what you need to know about RSC. If you get your sessions done in 2 week, the rest of the month is on us. After that, you can decide if CrossFit RSC is right for you. No pressure.

Each session a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit style workout. You will get sweaty and you will have fun. Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit RSC experience!


No prior CrossFit experience required, this is great for beginners who want to learn and progress.
