Motivation & Passion
I began coaching a little more than a year ago. I fell in love with Crossfit in 2015 and never looked back. Prior to starting CrossFit, I had no clue what a deadlift was, or what a kettle bell was used for. I just kept showing up to class, listened to and watched the coaches, and didn't take myself too seriously. I love coaching our newer members because it wasn't too long ago when I first walked in the doors. I was nervous and unsure of what I was supposed to do. I needed a lot of guidance and reassurance, and that's what I strive to provide to our members.
